By accessing the website of Assertive Alchemist (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and utilizing our somatic resilience coaching or wellness services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website or our services.

2. SMS/Mobile Communication (A2P Compliance)

• Consent: By providing your phone number and opting in via our website forms, you consent to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages (e.g., appointment reminders, scheduling updates, and wellness tips) from us. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

• Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

3. Somatic Coaching & Education Disclaimer

• Not Medical/Psychological Advice: Christopher Cattell provides somatic coaching and stress resilience education. These services are based on somatic psychology principles and Eastern non-dual traditions and are intended for educational and self-improvement purposes only.

• Professional Boundaries: We are not a licensed medical or mental health provider. These services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health providers with any questions regarding a medical or mental health condition.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Your time and our collaborative work are valuable. To ensure the sustainability of this practice, we adhere to the following:

• Notice Required: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment.

• Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to attend a scheduled session, will result in a charge equal to 100% of the session fee.

• Refunds: Completed services are non-refundable. Refund requests for prepaid packages are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
